Trailway Motel

We walk in and the fridge and microwave are unplugged- plug them in. Microwave works fridge eventually we realize does not work. We plugged it into a different outlet, did not work. Food we bought went bad. Water was so freaking cold. Tub was disgusting. Curtains were blackout but there were rips and holes and looked like it had been mauled. Cigarette burns in the sheets and thin blankets. Charged me $90 for this crap hole. There was a nice lawn chair in the room to sit at the table. Worst thing of all was there was absolutely no hot water. At all. It was lukewarm at very best and kept shooting out freezing cold water. Do not waste your time. We didn’t even want to touch the washcloths or towels but didn’t have a choice. Never again. 0/5 stars all I want is a clean bed and a nice warm show

I would give a 5 star on all but service as service is not available at all times due to unhappy managers also rooms not all that great but I deal with it I keep the room clean and towels changed on my own daily because if you don't do it yourself it won't get done Update 1/21/2026 Pregnant mother of my child was there with kids in room went to latch room door after visitor left and one of the managers of the hotel kicked door in and hit her in stomach with door because they assumed there were several ppl in the room I recommend not to go to this hotel not a safe place

Only one staff member friendly. Rooms were not that great . Coat rack shelf about to fall. Roaches seen. Mattresses seemed real old. Would not recommend

This place is trash do not rent here I was trying to stay here overnight and was turned away also the owner called the police lying saying that I had kids in a king only I booked online a double bed. The owner also refused to give me a refund after he turned me away I will be fighting them back with my bank accounts and do not book them on Hopper or Priceline because he will get mad and think of a reason and keep your money what you done to me is wrong and I will be fighting you back in court if I have to as of for now I did not receive a refund and I did not get to stay at the place. It's a piece of trash anyway

The old lady at the front desk is extremely rude! She came to the desk and said what you want!? Than threw my receipt at me. I hope they shut this place down since she doesn't know how to talk and treat people!
