Trail Hut

The Trail Hut is awesome. Owner was very easy to get hold of to talk about reservations and details we needed to park our ATV's. Tons of room to park everything. The building is brand new. Very spacious, high-end washer/dryer and dishwasher. Everything is basically perfect, did not realize it would be the nicest airbnb style place I have ever stayed in. Massive patio in the back with two grills when you're done with the trails. This is the best place to stay if you're doing Hatfield-McCoy, which was absolutely incredible. If you do stay here, I recommend stopping by Sterling Drive-In nearby, which is a great classic diner. Will definitely be staying here again.

Without a question the best place I’ve ever stayed for a trip to Hatfield McCoy Trails and I’ve stayed at quite a few! Super clean, modern, and extremely well equipped inside and out. Tons of room for trucks with trailers to park plus machine parking. The extra outdoor showers are awesome as well as the dedicated machine wash area that has excellent lighting for rinsing down the machines after a ride even once the suns gone down. Cant wait to go back!

Holy smokes, this place was amazing and our entire group had so much fun. The amenities are just outstanding. Our first night, we sat outside around the fire pits where it was so private with the surrounding fence. Then we hit the trails the next couple of days. It was a chilly ride but was so good to come back to a nice warm place with continuous consistent warm water in the shower. My hubs and sons love the 2 outside huge showers. Can’t wait to come again.

By far the best management ever A SHOUT OUT to JOHNATHAN just a short summary of me and my folks eventful day, We have came 4 and half hours to the wonderful West Virginia on a riden trip for this weekend. We show up at our air bnb that was 3 minutes up the road from this WONDERFUL place TRAIL HUT, that we originally booked and there was DEAD RODENTS on the porch that had been laying for over a month, trash was not taken out for over a month, spoiled molded food in the refrigerator, the house was not cleaned, the yard had weeds n grass knee high the air conditioner was broken no AC the manager never called an informed us about the AC issue, he goes grabs a AC unit from a shed at his own house and proceeded to tell us that he was not spending 4,000 thousands dollars to fix it. The best place we've stayed while going riding. The place is super clean and there's noting missing they really tought of everything. It was like at home. Special note to Jennifer who made our trip so easy. We had a problems with 1 of our s×s and our truck , gave here a call and half an hour after she had found solution for both problems .All that to say that trail hut is more than a place to stay it is the best place to stay if you want to go riding in hatfield-mccoy and beyond that they are very human they treat you like familly. Can't waite to come back.
