Wide open commons area for hanging out with decent sized TV and pool table. Contains at least 7 individual bedrooms. Each bed had clean lenon and pillows. Has a refrigerator and microwave as well as coffee pot but no stove (Blackstone grill provided). Lots of dishes and pots in the cabinets but there is no kitchen sink so I guess you wash them in the shower. The recliners and couches are very comfortable. Plenty of outside parking for pickups with trailers and side by sides. Do not accidently pass by when trying to locate because the narrow roads into the upper neighborhood is very sketchy and tight especially carrying a trailer. It does take some time and patience to figure out the smart thermostat to adjust to a comfortable level. The beds sleep quite well. The train went by several time
