Let's start with the good. Nice level yard and parking area. Clean house overall. Did like the AC unit in the bedroom. Bad: the hot water was insane! The shower was horrible due to the hot water. I almost got first degree burns. Plus when you flushed the single toilet the vent went into a bedroom! The bed was ok at best. The parking was limited to around 3 trailers at best. The garage did not have a light in it. And the "rules" were everywhere. We practically had to clean the house before the cleaning person did it. Fair: location was okay. Kitchen did have both a Keurig and a normal coffee pot.

Home was comfortable and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed, and the host was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend for a great place to hit the trails and a quiet relaxed vacation.

Very cute, quaint place and town. We are here for sxs riding in the trails which is very close to trail head 11! This place is very clean pet friendly ❤️❤️❤️ has everything you need as far as kitchen items. Would recommend.

Great place to stay. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need. The large garage with a lock was big enough to keep 2 side by sides and 2 raptors in. Enough parking for 2 trailers 80x14 and 3 vehicles. Close to Pinncle creek trail head.
