Place is cool. Concrete pads and clean. You might find clean, but concrete pads, no mud or sand. Grass.. no where else like it in 50 miles north or south of there.

We stayed here overnight. Nice concrete pad, restrooms and showers. Mgr very accommodating. Noise from I-35 but we slept well. Price fair. Would stay here again.

I called and check on rates and was told everything they offer. I then proceeded to tell the owner my story that I needed a place with my two kids to park my RV for a couple of months. I also mentioned my child with special needs and She then told me that her RV park is not for someone to live but in the same sentence said she had people that stay a night to 2 years. After that she proceeded to tell me that you have to be working to stay at their RV park. This is discrimination against my child and my family. I would not recommend this RV park to anyone. I would give no stars if I could.

Great stop over place on our travels. Bill was so friendly and met us at the entrance and showed us to our spot. The concrete pad was in excellent condition as was the full hook ups. The large grassy area was perfect for our toddler to run around and exercise her legs after a day on the road. To reserve, I made a quick call and we paid upon arrival.

We liked this place. Nice and quiet!! Owners were very nice, helpful, and easy to work with. Level concrete pads and full hookups at a reasonable price! We’ll go back.
