Best Western Plus Pauls Valley

From the very first phone call, I knew this was going to be a great stay. Tucker at the front desk was exceptional — so friendly, and helpful. His customer service stood out immediately and made the whole experience start on a positive note. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. Great staff truly makes all the difference, and that speaks to strong management. This hotel is clearly well run. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again.

This was top rated experience in my opinion. I was greeted as I entered the lobby and the check in process was quick. I was given a goodie bag that had popcorn and chocolate in it for being a rewards member and I have never gotten this before so I am gpjng to say they go above and beyond. The room was very clean and the air had already been turned down so room was cool. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast had plenty of options and was of good quality. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Non local to Oklahoma. Very nicely priced and very lovely rooms for a quick night stay. Breakfast had lots of options. Beds were so soft. Def recommend

Positive: Evening and morning front desk clerks were amazing. It was a clean room and did not smell of smoke. Negative: Finding it in the dark was hard! Needed an extra blanket but none in the room. Not enough shampoo for 2 people, no conditioner(which I usually travel with my own but this was a last minute unplanned stop). Highly disappointed about no coffee pot in room

Very clean!!! Friendly staff. We were able to part our truck & 30ft camper in the lot. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Staff was so accommodating when we got there at 10 pm. I will stay again.
