Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pauls Valley by IHG

This hotel was one the nicest places I’ve stayed. The workers were very friendly and polite. But one front desk lady stood out I believe she said her name was Dakota. She always greeted me with a smile and helped with anything I needed. While helping others. I will be coming back to this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Positive: It was clean and the front desk staff were very efficient and polite Negative: The breakfast was not bad but a little less than other Holiday Inn Express we've stayed at. A little messy, but it might have been after a rush, and coffee wasn't hot.

We stayed here for our son’s wedding. We had a total of 3 rooms. 2 of them were suites and the space was great for everyone getting ready for the wedding. The hotel was clean, quiet, updated, AC worked great. I didn’t get woken by slamming doors, couldn’t really hear highway noise, and even though the rooms next to us were occupied, I never heard a thing. Both girls we spoke w at front desk were great. No complaints other than it would’ve been great to have some chairs in the gated area behind the hotel.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean/quite room. Everything worked as it should. No issues. Free breakfast. Great services.

We have found our new “go to” hotel whenever we go to visit family in Oklahoma. The hubby and I had the best stay with great recommendations on dining and what to see in the nearby area from their assistant GM, Stacy. Not only did she give us great recommendations but she went above and beyond to make sure that our stay there was perfect. We honestly didn’t know we could sleep so well and feel like we were really being taken care of anywhere other than back home in the PNW but she made the stay amazing. Thank you, Stacy and staff! I’ll see you next time around!!!
