Americas Best Value Inn Pauls Valley

Good air conditioning once you get it started. Felt like a safe environment. We locked ourselves out in the middle of the night and had to go to the front for help. They were fast and kind about the situation and we got back into our rooms in no time. Super nice consumer service and very good price.

Would be 5 stars on everything and service was great until the young lady came in to work the 11 to 7 shift. The overnight girl didn't care to do anything besides sit on the couch in the lobby and look at her phone. All in all I will return and would recommend it to friends and family.

We were tired, sick and needed a warm, clean place to stay. Our room was spotless, our bed very comfortable, the shower was hot and strong and the owners were so kind and helpful. The price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was simple but very nutritious and the table there was also very clean. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend this hotel to friends.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The lady at the counter was really nice and polite. The price was better than a Supper 8 a few exits away and the lobby looked cleaner. Our room was much nicer than we expected. The ac got really cold! The cable TV was really clear for motel cable. They had a mini fridge, microwave, iron and board. Clean room for the price. Writing it down on our map in case we need a room in the area again.

Ou littler dog ran into a skunk at very close range. It was more than horrible. I had to go to work in the morning. The smell was so strong and awful that I was gagging and so nauseated. We could not stay in our home that night. It feels odd to go to a motel in your home town but it was 1:30AM. This America's Best motel is not a new place but it's kept up well and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The guy at the desk had trouble with his credit card machine and asked my husband for his pin. That was a no go. The guy was straight up rude but my husband was nice to him so he decided to let him in to put in his pin himself. It all worked out. I'm giving a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort and ignoring the rude dude.
