Townhouse Hotel, BW Signature Collection

The bellman had our bags out of the car before I even unbuckled my seat belt and he was extremely nice. The front desk was helpful and kind. We had a nice room for our stay, it was comfortable. Direct access to the beach walk and the beach. Beach chairs and an umbrella are included with your resort fee paid during booking. Wake up and walk to the beach in 2 minutes to catch breathtaking sunrises. There is a lot of dining and shops within walking distance

If you go to miami and want beach and restaurants. Stay at this hotel. It is so convient to both. We were there for a night and so much enjoyed staying here. They provide towels and on the beach a voucher for umbrella and lounge chairs. They have drink service on beach of course you pay for this. But we had a blast

Bodily fluids on the only chair in the room! Dried blood on bedding! Absolutely horrible. My husband and I were treated very unfairly by the staff here. We were put in dirty rooms multiple times and I had to video it to show the "manager" that acted as if I was making it up. They also try to put us in a room that had something that had been sprayed to cover up the non-cleaning that was burning my throat, so much that I actually could not talk. We then sat and waited for them to "refresh" the same dirty room we already complained about. Then the room still wasn't cleaned, all of the things that were dirty were still dirty. I have MULTIPLE VIDEOS AND PHOTOS that support my claims. They have bodily fluids on couches that they refuse to clean their looks to be dried blood on the headboard. The

The hotel was overall ok, had that old beach smell that they covered up with scents however the scents were super strong.  It was overall clean.  However an average hotel for the price.  The location was good, close to the beach, however the front rooms facing the street have very loud street noise due to the hotel across the street loading area.  Which is unfortunate for this hotel.

Some times the combination of events can lead to hot heads, so putting that aside over all not worth the cost. Putting lipstick on a pig dose not make it beautiful; although, quaint in its location and art deco, there is much to be done. There is no parking, so good luck with that in Miami Beach. $15.00 and up if you can find parking, and the to spots they have to check in are 2 hour parking slots that we never seen empty. Now some of this could have been due to the boat show that weekend. The lobby was quite small and the guest shoppett had random hours of operation. Nothing poasted. The staff were friendly, but felt a bit of matter of we are right no matter what. The elevator was barely big enough to fit 3 to 4 people. Upon arrival to our room, it was not cleaned, just beds remade. There
