TownePlace Suites by Marriott St. George

This is a great budget friendly hotel that has big rooms to accommodate families. The hot tub was amazing! It was huge! And the water was hot!! It was great! The breakfast was your usual hotel breakfast but was great for our needs. Our room ended up being a two bedroom suite. It was spacious enough for us all to hang out in the “living” area. It included a big kitchen table and a perfect kitchenette. Will definitely be staying again!

Positive: The breakfast was nice Negative: My room was not very clean. Hair in the tub, the floor in the bathroom had "urine drops", the kitchen cabinet where the garbage can is located was not cleaned, especially the inside of the cabinet.

The front desk lady and the breakfast lady attendant are both an asset to your hotel . They are very pleasant and make you feel welcome . They are very helpful and are the bright shiny stars of your OLD and BADLY MAINTAINED MOTEL|The hotel is ancient, the rooms are old, smell bad and dirty . They need renovation yesterday. |The breakfast food is disgusting and inedible. |The breakfast lady in charge of the breakfast set up is not to be blamed for the quality of the food . She personally cares about the set up and maintenance of the breakfast buffet . She keeps it spotless. She has a wonderful personality and she is very professional and takes pride in her work .|Serving powder scrambled eggs , plastic bag hard boiled eggs, frozen juices and synthetic bacon with bleached sliced white bread

I have to admit I stay at Marriot hotels very often all over the country. I have stayed at this location a few times. Each time the staff have been amazing. The rooms are pretty well maintained and the location is great for events in the city. It's close to food and shopping. The last time I stayed the pool was down for maintenance but I was able to use the hot tub at the hotel next to us. Breakfast wasn't bad either. The nice young lady that was attending to the food area was so nice and helpful when I was trying to get some food for my son. All in all a great place to stay while in the area

The rooms are so outdated compared to the other Marriotts I stay at. One time we were placed in a room specifically for someone who had a wheelchair. It was quite unnecessary for us to be placed there. Other than that the place is comfortable enough if you're staying for a night or a couple nights. The location is great because you're close to food, market, grocery, and other things you may need. The pool is nice.
