TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Cranberry Township

Clean, comfortable, beautiful, convenient. This is the best of 3 TownePlace hotels we stayed at this week. It is modern and clean. The bathroom is bright with standing shower framed in glass. The kitchen is simple and organized. The thermostat is confusing with no heat or cool selection, it seems automatic switching, but surprised us with unwanted cooling when we dropped the temp a couple degrees.

Friendly and helpful staff, even when I’m rolling in road-weary at 11pm just before Christmas! Excellent free breakfast, beds are super comfy. It’s clean and has all the amenities you need including silverware, fridge, etc. Lots of stuff walkable for shopping and very quiet and safe area!

Rooms were good. Saw some mold in the shower. But no biggie. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I moved over the Marriott because I'm a member. But to be honest, the staybridge had a much nicer breakfast and the rooms were a bit larger.

Great place I expected a regular room but I got a small apartment. I felt bad there was no place to throw the trash out. I made sure to keep in bags by the door. Loved my stay and house spacious the bathroom is. First day I heard a noise, asked out it and then next day the noise was gone. Great service

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The woman at check-in was also very helpful but I don't recall her name. Sam, was so pleasant, he gave us advice on where to eat within walking distance of the hotel, and was very patient in responding to our multiple questions. When you are from out-of-town, it was so nice that he listened and tried to help. The woman in the Breakfast area was great, she replenished food promptly when we asked her to, as the hotel was very busy. I also liked that there was coffee/tea and hot water available through the day - and wonderful that the hot water for tea was really hot - top marks to you!
