Quality Inn Cranberry Township

I stayed here last week and had a great experience. The hotel quality was excellent, and everything was well maintained, including the rooms and services. The staff was very helpful and always welcoming. I called the front desk at midnight to fix the TV, and they responded even at 4 a.m., which really impressed me. Very happy with the service.

The pictures didn’t match the hotel room I stayed in at the Cranberry location. There are stains all over the floor, bed sheets (literally looked like a poop stain) and bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting I ended up sleeping in my car that night instead. I made a mistake recently in booking the hotel. I thought I was booking at Clarion Inn and booked this place. once I realized the mistake I made i instantly called to cancel it because of this past experience and was advised that since I didn’t check in (cause people are supposed to drive all the way to the hotel their not gunna stay at to tell them you’re not staying) and that my reason wasn’t a good enough reason to get a refund .. guess they are hurting that bad for business that they needed to hold onto my $300. This hotel was survivable, but pretty disgusting and run down. Our sheets had hairs on them, the chair in our room was full of stains, the ceilings had stuff all over them in the bathroom, the cabinets were sticky and dusty, the carpet was nasty and would make your feet dirty, plus it kind of stunk. Not to mention, the common areas (hallways, lobby) looked like they were falling apart and being held together with cardboard.

I stayed there last night in room 233. Next door in 231 there is a girl running a prostitution scam. Please avoid this place as I felt my life was in danger! She had over ten people over and each time a guy would come up banging on the door saying he was from the hotel and they needed to leave. One time a fight broke out on the balcony, the hotel staff were not even aware and could care less! This place is dangerous.

I’m a truck driver from San Francisco, and I stay in many hotels. Last Friday, I checked in around 1 a.m. The front desk staff treated me with full respect. I didn’t like the first room, and without any issue, he immediately gave me another one. He handled the situation in a very professional and kind way. Really appreciated the service. Named by Wansh
