Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Pittsburgh - Cranberry Township - I-76

This was neither premier nor sweet. It actually made my top 10 of worst stays. Didn't try the grab and go breakfast, so can't comment on that. The beds were not full sized queens. The room had trash and dirt on the floor that I picked up. The front desk staff was occupied when we arrived, and no one was behind the desk. Supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled of cigarettes, weed, and any food cooking because the ventilation was nonexistent. We only stayed 2 nights, but if longer, I would have cut my losses and gone somewhere else. Honestly felt they should have paid me to stay there. To the owners: You can easily dress up this lower budget stay (and charge more) by: 1. Improving ventilation. 2. Adding a full range/oven. 3. Add thicker blankets/comforter to the beds. 4. Positive: Staff was exceptional. Barbie in particular. Comfortable bed. Newly remodeled so it looks very nice. Inexpensive Negative: Lighting was extremely dim and the shower was awful. Uncomfortable tile floor made the room very loud. No shop to buy sundries or anything else for that matter.

We had the best experience with everything! One person stands out! her name is Candy, she was so professional and very very very helpful! the extended stay is lucky to have her!

This Extended Stay is honestly the cleanest and most well kept hotel in the area. Any time I’ve had a small issue, it was handled quickly and professionally. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful especially Candi, Barbie, and Anthony. They always make sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Overall, great service, clean rooms, and a comfortable stay every time. I definitely recommend it.

When I initially arrived to the hotel one of the women at front desk receptionist made my check in process rapidly smooth after traveling through 6 states. The most encounter i had with some of the staff members were Candie, Michelle, and Anthony. ( I can’t remember the other two African American guys name) Throughout the times of my stay I have not had one issue with the staff members that are keeping this building up. If anything they are so helpful and knowledgeable of things that you would be uncertain of. I’m glad i chose to stay at this extended stay. These workers definitely deserve a pay raise and more. They have been nothing but kind to me. Thank you all. please show your team more appreciation if you have not because they’re so amazing and deserving of all great things.
