I had an overall great experience at this hotel from start to finish. The lobby immediately stood out—clean, modern, and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere that made coming and going feel pleasant every time. The rooms were very nice: comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax after a long day. The gym was another big plus. It was clean, well-equipped, and actually usable—not just an afterthought—which I really appreciated. Everything throughout the property felt well cared for, and it was clear that attention is paid to both comfort and cleanliness. Positive: "" Negative: Employees kept pulling the fire alarm and there was no fire, for a month. They kept trying to get me to have an outburst because I have autism and adhd. They heard a rumor about me and decided it was true. I could hear them talking about me.

Do not stay in this hotel. The staff are very kind, however, this doesn’t cover the cost I had to pay for the level of nonsense I saw. The beds smelled and had hair all over them, the washroom door was busted in (there were multiple holes in the door that clearly looked like someone punched and kicked them in), the door didn’t even lock! The level of incompetence! Such a hotel doesn’t even deserve a star for the quality it provides for its guests. Read our reviews and fix your hotel. The “renovations” don’t even look like renovations. Folks, look at this hotel and turn the other way. This hotel is not worth your time.

I will be leaving two reviews here. One will be posted later and will be based on my overall experience at this location. This one, however, will be about my safety. This hotel's cameras are just for decoration. The night of September 9th, I was attacked by a bigger female guest in the elevator. The cop investigating my case came to the hotel seeking the camera footage, and was told by employees that he would have to speak to corporate. So he did, and corporate said it was "local business", they don't have access to each location's footage, and that he'd have to get said footage from the hotel itself. When he came back again and tried to get the footage directly from here, the (very rude btw) general manager told him that the footage from the cameras is unviewable. My case was dropped aft
