TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS® Town Center/Western Entrance

Our stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando was outstanding, and the customer service truly deserves special recognition. Glenn, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and the food and beverage manager who was there at 6:30 in the morning was absolutely fantastic. They kindly allowed us to get breakfast a little early so we could make our flight, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. The fresh coffee was ready and perfect, the breakfast setup was on point, and the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Absolutely one of the best properties I have stayed in for the many years I’ve been coming to Orlando. My son is in the DCP program for his second time and the resort’s location is absolutely perfect. The staff have all been incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful burger at Flamingos grill. The pool area was very clean. My final interaction was with Justin at the front desk during checkout. I specifically asked him how he would like me to share our experience and he gave me the card with the QR code to this site.

When I arrived early, the English lady that was working the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. She said come back in a few hours and my room would be ready. When I returned she said my room was not ready it was 403pm. She said I had 20 reservations ahead of me and hopefully another hr. This time she took my name and number. As I sat on the couch waiting another gentleman in a suite was able to check in, I found this interesting, frustrating and disturbing. An hr went by and when I returned the lady was off duty. When I spoke to the next shift person, he mentioned my room has been ready and apologized for the lady never getting back to me. He offered free parking and understood that I had been up 26 hrs. This was our fourth stay at TownPlace Suites at Flamingo Crossing. They have all been great. Nice property, clean, well maintained. What set this visit apart from the rest was your front desk host Ignacio. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. When we arrived he was slammed with a large line of people that he was helping but he powered through it with a smile on his face. Answered questions and treated every guest like they were the only one there. Great job and Thank you.
