I had a really bad experience. Asked for late checkout. Unbeknownst to me the cleaning person came into my room, threw away (or kept) all the drinks in the fridge, all my snacks, fruits, food, leftovers from previous night fancy restaurant and my breakfast. I am still remembering things they took. They “claimed” the person did not see my OPEN suitcase in the closet and assumed I had checked out. So they did not verify my late checkout status? When asked for compensation they made me list all I could remember and offered me $75. And had the audacity to say it was more than my expenses because restaurant food was leftovers. I have stood at this hotel several times and had no issues. It’s solid. It’s close to Disney clean and service was pretty good. I checked in late for the first time and had a poor experience with parking fee. When we checked in, we were told to use a scan code to park. It took us 30 minutes to even get the Internet connected both myself and the person I was with couldn’t get online the Front Desk was not that great as far as Help if they were speaking in a different language and then finally when I got upset, somebody helped me. This parking system they have is horrible. I don’t think I would go back to the hotel because you don’t want to spend 30 minutes trying to pay for parking. It’s bad enough that you’re taking a fee. Overall a great value stay. The pool area is fantastic! However, I would have liked a balcony or ventilation window in the room, as the room got damp from wet towels. There were no hooks to hang towels on to dry. The AC in the room made some noise, especially at night when we prefer it to be quiet. It would have been good if the motor part itself had been outside. I would have also liked a wider selection at breakfast, such as some vegetables, toppings for sandwiches such as cheese and stronger brewed coffee. The staff is helpful, although many only seem to speak Spanish and not much English. Positive: Started with staff at reception saying i didn't have a reservation. After she left with my phone for maybe 10 minutes came back and said they found something. The room looked amazing. However, I made a reservation for a king room and got a Queen. Negative: The staff seemed put out we were there. It was like the Seinfeld episode where he had a car reservation, but they didn't have a car. Sent us across the pool area to the sister hotel and the girl at the reservation desk was AMAZING & gave us a king

We found the hotel to be clean, well presented and comfortable. The staff are polite in every position and I could not recommend the hotel enough. We had booked a private townhouse, which had been repossessed 2 weeks before our booking, so we frantically called around and ended up staying here. Let's just say it all worked out for the best.
