Josh provided excellent service. He was personable and helpful throughout the experience. He clearly explained the Marriott Rewards program and assisted me in correcting inaccurate information on my account. He also made the process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his support. Also, location is walking distance to Publix, very much a PLUS!

Excellent service and congenial staff. Room was well tended and VERY clean. Pool was well maintained. Location is very convenient to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. A safe area with good clientele. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I rented 2 rooms for my two sons & their family/dog. I requested a crib in one of the rooms nearly 1 month early. They arrived 12/20 & was told that there were none available. So they had to put an o ne year old in a regular bed. Also, my other son has a dog. They charged me before the visit a pet deposit. When he checked out, they refunded my card & charged him. I told them that I was paying for everything. So I had to call & have them credit his card & recharge me. It was one if the most confusing visits ever! This is not the first year I've rented from you either!

There was a mix up with our reservation and when we arrived in Ocala and we found it had been cancelled. Melissa and Kathy fixed the issue quickly and made it right. The hotel was perfect, staff was amazing, rooms were super clean, and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. We always choose Marriott when we travel and this is why.

The customer service is outstanding—everyone on staff is super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which makes you feel right at home. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and enjoyable environment for both short and long stays. The location is fantastic. It’s right across from a Publix, which is very convenient for grabbing groceries, and there are 5–6 restaurants just down the road, making dining easy and accessible. For those who like to unwind, the hotel even has a cozy fireplace out front, perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends and family.
