I recently had the pleasure of spending a three-day weekend at your esteemed hotel, and I must commend you on a truly wonderful experience. From the moment of my arrival, I was met with a warm welcome, and the check-in process was handled with remarkable efficiency. My room was impeccably clean, meticulously organized, and the furnishings were in excellent condition. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions in another region, my scheduled flight home was canceled and subsequently rescheduled for a later date. I am incredibly grateful to your staff for their exceptional assistance in rearranging my accommodations and adjusting my check-out to align with my revised departure. This is the second year in a row that we stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Ocala during our annual holiday drive to visit family in central Florida. This hotel is excellent in every possible way. From check in, to room cleanliness to terrific staff. The hotel's holiday decorations are beautiful and you can tell by interactions with the various hotel staff that they are very proud of this location. The provided breakfast is very good with a variety of offerings and the breakfast seating area is very spacious. Also, the hotel's location is very good, set off in a nice area among a variety of other hotels. We also like that fact that once we arrive after a long day of driving, we can just walk over the Cracker Barrel for dinner. Note: This hotel is off the expressway, but I think the soundproofi

We were greeted by a super friendly staff who were happy to help. The hotel is very clean and rooms are perfect with super comfortable mattresses. The location is extremely convenient being so close to the highway. It was a wonderful stay and we felt extremely welcome, we would definitely stay again!

There is a guy at the front counter whom is everything a hotel should be proud to have on their staff. John was totally amazing and went the distance to make our stay warm and welcoming. I want the Hampton to consider this man for a promotion and a fat salary increase. What a super experience and an excellent job well done. Thanks for being Great Hampton. After the night before in Louisiana this was a super way to win me back into the loving arms of the Hilton. Crazy who the kindness of one of your staff member can change the my whole opinion of the world.

Constant road noise from I-75, paper thin walls, lumpy uncomfortable king mattress, and very soft pillows in room #430 made our one night sleepless stay unenjoyable. Breakfast included the basic chain hotel food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Customer service was efficient and prompt. Next time we book a hotel room in Ocala, it will not at this property.
