The Equestrian Hotel

The hotel is beautifully decorated and well oiled in its customer-centered experience. The valets, restaurant, and guest services 👌 The walls were decorated with wonderful artwork. I'm no expert but the lady I spoke with at their bar is a well-known artist (anyone ever hear of R. Paquet?), and she said she loved them and thought they were very tastefully presented! I was able to visit 2 of their shops (John Craig Clothier and a little shop that sells sunglasses, knives and fun socks, because why not!?) as well, to which I think put the cherry on top of an already, great stay. Thank you all!

First off, this place is huge. The rooms are enormous with more space than most 1-bedroom apartments. That said, the water everywhere is so soft, there's no way to rinse soap or shampoo away - you end up with a residue that leaves skin feeling sticky and hair feeling greasy, limp and stringy. This is not something you expect from an alleged 4-star hotel.||Second, while their main restaurant "Stirrups" is great, it was totally closed off on a busy Saturday night for a private event (and unavailable Sunday morning as well). Ok, so we tried to go to the in-house pub, the Yellow Pony which which was MASSIVELY overpacked! With a 2-3 hour wait and a line out the door into the lobby, this was rather terrible. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and having such limited dining options on a BUSY

Grate service good food

The hotel is wonderful, everything about this place is great. The staff’s attention is outstanding. The only small suggestion would be to have more butter croissants available at the tack room market. They sell out very quickly, and once they’re gone, they’re not available again for the rest of the day. They are absolutely delicious!

I had to stay at the hotel for an extended period of time due to some issues with my housing situation, and I have to say huge huge thank you to Jeremey and Jessica! They were superb and helped me navigate thru so many difficulty! Separate huge thank you to Colby at front desk - he is so good at what he does! The room I stayed at was the best, clean and super nice! The cleaning lady -Nereida was also great and so polite and understanding! The location is fantastic - truly relaxing! The Sturrups crew is also great...Huge thank you, Jeremy and Jessica. I will be coming back to the same room!:)
