Positive: Would not recommend hotel for price. Negative: Lack of quality control as 1) air conditioning did not work2) television stuck on Home Screen3) bathroom light out4) toilet paper down to last sheet

Outstanding experience! The room was clean, bed was super comfy, the breakfast was abundant and tasty, thankfully the hot coffee was ready super early morning and the staff was exceedingly kind and welcoming. Huge shoutout to the night auditor, Rossano Case. Regardless of the time of night or morning, he is super kind, friendly, helpful and cheerful. We've stayed at this Towneplace multiple times and have had the pleasure of being greeted by him more than once and he is always a true pleasure!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Ashley Park, and there is also a sports bar within walking distance, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. The staff and service were excellent as well. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

Service was excellent. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are good sized and have a kitchenette and large bathroom. One cool feature of the room we stayed in was there was a big walk through closet connecting the kitchenette and the bathroom. Room was well equipped. Location is amazing! Adjacent to huge shopping area with all sorts of store and restaurants- super convenient- and a 1 minute drive to City of Hope. I have 4 stars because we had an issue with the water in the bathroom. It was boiling hot - so hot we couldn’t use the bathroom sink faucet. However we were able to use the kitchen sink. The water in the bathtub ran brown at first - cleared up after a couple of minutes but not a great feeling. Overall pretty good experience.

My husband and I stayed at the Town Place Suites in Newnan Georgia June 2025. We were there to close on our retirement home just a few miles away. One of the things I noted was that the staff was very polite and friendly. Everyone from the front desk staff to maintenance said good morning or good evening, with a smile! We want to give Cam a shout out for his friendly demeanor, it made our stay so much more pleasant! Our room was well appointed and clean. This particular property was pet friendly, which is normally a challenge for my husband since he is sensitive to pet smells. Many properties such as this seem to forget that some people have pet allergies but have no choice but to stay in these properties due to circumstances. Our room had NO residual pet smell, which is normally an issue
