Pros: Clean and friendly staff Nice area to grill. Had a kitchen with pots and utensils. Free washer and dryer. Cons: No room service or towels replaced unless staying 7 nights or more. NO Breakfast which if you travel with a crew is a deal breaker. For the price you can do better.

Automatic one star for marijuana smell in the elevator and used sheets on the sofa bed. Loud noise in the walls that kept us up most of the night.

The staff members were very pleasant. My first encounter was with Bill (over the phone); he was very polite and helpful! Upon arrival, Jessica checked me in and was also very nice and pleasant. I loved the community feel of the guests staying at the property. I also loved the amenities, such as the cupboard and the reasonable prices of the items there, as well as the pool and sitting area outside. My family enjoyed the experience. The only thing I wish had been different was the availability of housekeeping. Since they technically don't service rooms until every 7 days, you have to get fresh towels and such from the front desk if housekeeping is gone for the day. Nice property with a lake and woods to explore in rear. Room smelled strongly of cleaner.

Definitely not one of the best hotels I've stayed at. No breakfast for that price and the showers have little to not hot water as well as pressure. I do not recommend this hotel.
