The rooms and location are nice. Staff I have met are excellent. The only issue we ran into was loud people in rooms above us stomping through the entire night. My mention of excellent staff comes in there. Since running into that issue, we just ask for upper level rooms and they have been great about helping us out. It sure helps me get better sleep before appointments at City of Hope. Everything else has been great and through COH, a discount is applied.

Strangest Marriott I've ever been in or even seen. It's like a country club prison, high-end reform school, or medium security rehab facility. Very clean but creepy sterile, hard flooring no rugs, white walls w/no artwork or color. Honestly, it is a VERY depressing place to spend a night, despite the, yes, great features like a full kitchen and comfortable bed and sanitary cleaners. I get the concept of lower-priced & long stay but they could at least find colors that are warn and comfy - not white and gray (in the long equally sterile hallways). It's like staying in a high end hotel in Eastern Europe or some third world country. Marriott really needs to make some simple but MUCH needed even low-cost changes. Start by adding some colors, grey and white are a really, REALLY bad choice.|Love

Lovely property, very nice staff - but the hotel allows dogs and there are literally hours of nonstop dogs barking and howling for days in a row. The walls are thin, so it feels like you are in a kennel. Many rooms have dogs and they are just barking and howling at each other. It is near impossible to do work, sleep, etc. I hate to have to make this review - but I wish I had known this before I reserved this hotel. It is an absolutely miserable and stressful experience staying here.

Avoid: located next to i85 freeway. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member I spend over 75 nights at their properties a year. The new StudioRes concept is the worse to my opinion and is diluting the Marriott brand. This was the loudest room (check the videos) and was my worst night ever at a Marriott property. This property is located directly next to i85, one of the busiest freeways in GA. The noise levels of the traffic is terrible in the even room numbers (facing the freeway). This location was recently opened and has lots of growing pains. This is a budget hotel so there is nobody working at the desk at night. They call it “smart staffing”. There was no toilet paper in the room, no kitchen utensils and the vending machines (only option to get some water) were not working. Since there was
