TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

We had a very good stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan. The overall experience was positive the hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to everything in Manhattan. A special mention to Jeremy at reception, who was exceptionally good very friendly, kind, and welcoming. He truly made a difference in our stay with his helpful attitude and warm service. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connectivity on the 7th floor was quite weak at times, which made it a bit difficult to work or stream smoothly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again, especially because of the excellent staff and convenient location.

I picked this hotel simply because it was the most affordable in Midtown during my first visit to NYC during the Christmas season. Having booked through a 3rd party, I was not expecting much in terms of room type and service. I would not hesitate to stay here again for one reason: the service and attention I received at check-in from Sebastian. He could not have been more helpful. He is a prime example of what excellent customer care means. My booking was for an ADA room, and upon opening the door, it felt like it wasn't for me. From experience, I know that others would have said that because I didn't book through Bonvoy, I would have to stay in that room. Sebastian did his best to move me to a regular king room, which was a typical NYC-sized, but clean, room with a well-appointed kitchene

The room was clean and had a nice little kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, sink, some dishes) which was super convenient for grabbing breakfast items or late-night snacks instead of eating out every meal. The bed was comfortable enough, and the shower had good pressure. That said, the room felt pretty small (typical NYC), and the overall decor/furnishings are a bit dated—nothing fancy, just functional.

The rooms aren't big, but we didn't expect them to be. It was comfortable for the limited time we were in it. Our room was the one between the two flags in the photo. The exercise room was adequate for working off all the yummy food we ate and the complementary breakfast was well done. The staff were welcoming and helpful plus the had cookie treats at the front desk in the evening.

INCREDIBLE. One of the best Townesuites ever. Amazing front desk, soooo friendly and generous with letting us check in early because of the long flight and no sleep. Fresh made choco cookies for guests for free soooooo gooood, do yourself a favor and take five. Amazing bed, we had a balconey even though we didnt use it, really clean and nice shower, and soaps, great kitchen all amenites are needed. It is tight but it is also Nyc so its understandable. Would stay here again. Great lobby to get work done, very cozy.
