TownePlace Suites by Marriott Irvine Lake Forest

I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights after a nightmare of seeing the Sonesta Suites. I really loved our corner king suite. It was close to the stairs for my service animals to use the restroom. I loved the complimentary breakfast. And the gym was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and attentive. Malika was helpful. And Enoch the service technician was helpful . We will definitely come back in March for another stay. Clean hotel. And safe location.

The hotel is conveniently located just off of the freeway, near restaurants and shopping. The king room was clean and spacious at an exceptional value. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy with beautiful mountain views. The reception area provided warm greetings and great snacks. I would definitely recommend for staycations, out of towners or a repeat visit.

Nice hotel for my business trip. Suites were roomy and bathrooms are nice. Included breakfast is pretty mid & basic but got the job done. Outdoor areas are super nice to hang out and eat at, plus there’s a strip mall with plenty of food options.

Comfortable room, very clean facility. I've stayed here several times when visiting family nearby and the location is very convenient, close to major highways (though rooms are very quiet 🤫). Love having a full fridge & microwave in the room. Nice breakfast, functional gym, helpful staff.

​I am absolutely appalled by my recent stay. I chose this hotel based on what I thought was a good reputation, but my experience was a complete nightmare. ​For two consecutive days, our room received absolutely no service. We were forced to live with garbage piling up and a growing collection of dirty, damp towels. We had to repeatedly call the front desk just to beg for fresh towels and simple necessities. It was disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point. ​But the real shock came at checkout. I was horrified to find a $250 Excessive Cleaning Fee added to my bill. You read that right. The hotel charged me for the very mess their staff created by neglecting our room for 48 hours. It's an insulting and seemingly fraudulent charge. ​I have documented everyth
