Extended Stay America Suites- Orange County - Lake Forest

I enjoy staying at Extended Stay Lake Forest. A special shoutout to Aiden for setting up the breakfast bar. He always tries his best to make sure it’s fully stocked and set up early. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and responsive. Like any short or long-term stay, there are small things here and there that could be improved, but the positives outweigh them and I would recommend it for extended stays. Alvin at the front desk is very knowledgeable and I always get my questions answered. Terry in the housekeeping department is great at supplying our room necessities. She is very friendly.

Lake Forest-CA Extended Stay was nice. Clean. Mannerable. Issue with bathroom sink clog and leak that had repairs due to no maintenance available. No complaints just information. Really good thank you and kuddos' to Alvin, Muhammad (Papa) and Grace! Team is welcoming. Cosmetic can use improvements. No loud music, it is quiet. The exterior is excellent, great walks, wonderful community, has orange trees surrounding. Law Enforcement make their rounds as normal business, no distractions. Room is updated with new hardwood floors. Great Team. Great Hotel. No complaints.

Extended Stay Lake Forest has been my home away from home. I want to send a special thanks to the new manager Kevin for being kind and making some positive changes. Front desk and housekeeping are wonderful. They really treat me like family. Also the fact that they are pet friendly is great. My dog gets treated like he is family as well. Thank you Extended Stay Lake Forest for all you do.

Positive: This location was good but the hotel itself was a disaster. Front desk terrible - staff rude and even nasty. Room had no working phone, chair upholstery ripped, hole in the wall and stains on the sheets. When asking for another room was denied. Negative: Since the room was unacceptable - left and went to another hotel. Was flipped off by desk staff when leaving. Very unprofessional. Even hung up on me when I tried talking to them on the phone.

Lake Forest Extended Stay is widely considered one of the top extended-stay options in southern Orange County. Recently, the property has been under new management with Kevin, who has brought a fresh focus on guest satisfaction. The staff genuinely strives to create a safe, clean, and affordable hotel. The hotel is kid-friendly and pet-friendly. Any front desk team member is available to assist guests, though there may occasionally be a wait due to limited staff availability. Don't forget to tip the cleaning staff. It's not necessary, but it's nice, $2-$5. Overall, Lake Forest Extended Stay provides a comfortable and accommodating experience for all visitors. Thank you.
