Towne and Village Extended Stay Motel

This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for” but some things could have been avoided. When we first pulled up, there was several cops there and people smoking weed. Then we check into the room and there were roaches on the ground, bed, and tub. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. And we heard a woman being abused in the room next to us (she was screaming as well). We called the owner and showed up at the office and he wasn’t there and didn’t answer at all. The next day, we caught him and asked if we could switch rooms but he was didn’t feel like it because he was hanging out with his wife. The rooms smell like smoke so bad (even tho they say no smoke rooms, that’s a total lie) and it was so bad that I started coughing at work, so did the hubby, and we formed burning feelin

I stayed here for 2 weeks and for the rate, the hospitality, meaning the general manger, Brian, was extremely accommodating. For instance, we needed something to cook and store our food , he came with a refrigerator, and 2 eye griddle. He was consistently making sure we were OK and everything was going well. Thank you for everything.

I moved in a couple months ago. The property manager has been nothing but nice and understanding. Super attentive and fast to fix things if anything has been wrong with the room. Such a very personable person. The two staff that also live and work here, are very friendly. If I can’t get ahold of the manager for some reason they try to fix what’s wrong or go and find him immediately. Such a great atmosphere for myself and my 2 kids.

Not bad for 200 a week. Very bare necessities here. No bath soap, no hand soap. No soda or ice machines. No house keeping. Rooms are clean, walls are thin! 146 cable channels, with a roku TV.
