Fairfield Inn Fort Leonard Wood St. Robert

Cody gets all five stars for this review! He was nothing short of amazing when I locked my key in a semi and he went above and beyond to attempt to get it out for me. Customer service at its very best. He’s an awesome front desk employee! ❤️

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at Fort Leonard Wood. Good location not far from the base. Both the rooms and the bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had no issues during our stay, and the room rate was good. We would stay here again if we return.

I stayed here for a few nights and a few things stood out; The first thing that I noticed when I entered the room was a musty/slightly moldy smell.. Not enough to be gross, but just enough to be noticeable. The rooms are in serious need of a refresh... * It's 2025; where are the USB's, or even plugs for that matter? No usb's next to the bed, and the plugs weren't easily accesible. *Internet- while the Wi-fi was sufficient, I would really like a CAT6 connection. The wall plate that was above the desk had a hole, but no connection. I had 2 plugs, but again, no usb's.... *The bathroom lighting was dim and gloomy. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, wheich is usally the case with Marriott properties. It seems like the Fairfields have fallen off a lot. I spend a

Rooms are a bit noisy and thin walls, but not much interstate noise. My room was open, door wasn't latched, so I did a thorough walk thru. Notice another door on the floor wasn't latched either. Breakfast and coffee were good.

The hotel overall is clean.Beds comfortable. Our sink wasn't draining and it was fixed immediately upon request. The gym could use some lower free weights, 5#,10#,15# for use, as well as a sign on cardio equipment to please keep time to 30 minutes so other guests may use them. The breakfast was fine but no food after 8:30, left us hungry. Staff friendly. I would return, but be there early for breakfast.
