Candlewood Suites St. Robert by IHG

This location is an exceptional one on several different levels. 1)the rooms are amazing. Everything is up to date and works great. Beds comfortable, rooms clean and tidy when we arrived. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. The full kitchenettes with dishwasher, disposal and full size fridge. Nice cook top and microwave as well. 2) the staff here are all super helpful and kind. Every time I needed anything or had a question the helped me with a smile. Knowledgeable about local attractions and eaterys. The hotel had all the amenities we needed while we stayed here for a week. This would be nice to even stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the free laundry facilities and fitness facility as well.

This is a stop and stay for my husband and I alot as we travel pretty much non stop. They just remodeled not to long ago and the rooms are very nice . All the workers are super nice and very friendly. If you need something extra they get right on it trying to get you what you need. So if you are passing thru make this a stop ! We just left for the 2nd time in a month traveling to Reno Nevada and now back to Michigan . Our stays are normally about 2 weeks at a time. Love the location and it's not noisy there either . Super quiet and do have great security cameras to see everything outside and hallways .

My wife, my daughter and I were on our way home from a NADD Invitational competition in Springfield. On the highway home, our trailer flipped over and we were beyond ourselves. When we arrived at Candlewood Suites, Alyssa was great. She helped us above and beyond. When Mark came on duty, he was very helpful also. In the morning, Chris Outten was on duty and he could not have been more helpful if he tried. He had heard about our dilemma and did everything he could to help us out. I think if he could have turned the clock back to help us, he would have. He gave aid a space to store our belongings till we had a second vehicle to load. He was fantastic. KOODOS Chris. I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Candlewood Suites in St. Robert. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and it was clear they truly care about their guests. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and felt like a home away from home. The full kitchenette was a huge plus – perfect for longer stays or just wanting the convenience of cooking your own meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better here than I do at most hotels. What stood out most was how thoughtful the amenities were. The lending locker with extra appliances and items, the well-stocked fitness room, and the free laundry facilities really set this hotel apart. It’s obvious Candlewo
