Town House Extended Stay Motel

Don't waste your time with this place. No one is ever in the office. No one answers phone calls or returns messages. I even got the cell number of the 'manager', still my NEVER got a call back. At this point, I don't think I would ever put money in these people hands. Too unprofessional and ghetto.

After traveling for over 800 miles and it being around 4am we started looking for a place to rest! We were heading to New Orleans for the SEC tournament! Worn out and finding no rooms we ran across the Town House in Laurel! As we pulled up we saw the night clerk a sleep and had to wake her up to ck for a room! We paid our fifty dollars got our key and TV remote! We knew for $50 bucks this was not going to be a 5 star motel, but we had no idea what was in store for us! First thing upon entering was the smell of smoke and mildew! The air conditioner which worked help get the smell out! Next upon going to the bathroom we discovered roaches and wads of something thrown on the door! Nest by the bed were streaks of brown marks over the walls! I've been staying at the townhouse for a few months now I've hade nothing but problems with the people no one seems to no the meaning of privacy. The cops are called ever other night the homeless and junkies walking around all night long. Cars race through like Nass car and I have a kid so yeah not a great place thay should have kept it a motel. And good luck getting your mail.

The pics that I posted were of the comforter on the bed in Room 208. Someone had vomited on it and it HAD NOT been changed. The vomit had dried up. There were also cigarette burns in the linen and pillowcases. When I called the front desk to make a report, the clerk got an attitude and asked me why I was just calling about it and I had been in the room for an hour and a half. I told her that I didn't go in the room and get straight in the bed so it took me some time to see it. I asked if I could have a refund and she said "NO". She then told me to bring the blanket to the front office and she would swap it out. Where is the hospitality and service? Why couldn't they come to my room and fix the problem? The Health Dept should really be looking into that hotel. They can do a whole lot better
