Hampton Inn & Suites Laurel, MS

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn in Laurel, MS. The staff was incredibly kind and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even better. I accidentally left my pillow behind after checking out, and they were kind enough to mail it back to me. I truly appreciated them going the extra mile like that. I would definitely stay here again!

Check-in was fast and Shannon was pleasant. Bed was comfy. Variety of pillow types to pick from. Shower had strong water pressure. Room was clean. Breakfast was the standard stuff. Parking area is well lit and clean.

A friend and I stayed at the Hampton in Laurel for a girl's weekend. The staff was super friendly, and gave us suggestions on what to go and where to eat. I can remember all of their names, but Renee checked us in, and was very helpful and friendly. Later that evening, I asked about milk for in the morning, if I could get milk and come back later for breakfast after I exercised. One of the ladies offered to get me some milk and put a top on it and keep it in my room fridge. Misty was also very friendly. Breakfast was good, and had a variety of choices. There's a coffee and tea bar available downstairs that was lovely. The pool looked clean, conveniently inside for cooler days. We didn't use it. I used the gym 2 mornings, and it's well equipped. This hotel was great! It’s in a good location, close to the highway, and near a Buffalo Wild Wings. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything feels brand new. The rooms were sparkling with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was good. I was here for 14 days for work.

I had a very good 3-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Laurel, Mississippi.. My room was comfortable and quiet at night. The staff was great.The hotel is convenient to the downtown area. The typical Hampton Inn breakfast was available 6-10 am, with a hot meal, oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit, juice milk and coffee. One small concern during breakfast was how the milk was stored. Rather than a refrigerated dispenser, a gallon carton was placed in a bowl of ice and appeared to remain out for several hours. The carton looked the same on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, which made me hesitant to drink it on Sunday, as I wasn’t sure it was being kept fully chilled.
