Town & Country Motel

This is a wonderful motel close to every place you need. Safe place to stay The people that runs the place keep things safe in order and clean. The staff are wonderful people and go out of there way to make you feel welcome The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have been staying at this motel for over 4 years and I would not go anywhere else. The staff at the front desk make sure everything you need and give you the most welcome service .The staff are up early 7 days a week to make sure you have clean and safe place. The parking lot is cleaned as everything else is here daily.

Woke up at 2am to a rat running around the room. They said ‘not again.’ Then were very hesitant to give me a new room. When I said I will camp on the grass out front they finally relented and gave me a room that had cockroaches on the floor. ||||In the morning I asked for some kind of compensation. They were very rude and said ‘it was only one rate and a few cockroaches and we gave you a new room.’ ||||They also said I didn’t have proof that there was a rat inside and boasted that it was an old Motel for some reason. Once I informed them that the age of the motel is not relevant he told me to go back to to my own country. Then slammed the door on me to leave. ||||I would avoid. Got a room last minute despite the reviews thinking it couldn't be THAT bad. It was. Everything was dingy and gross .The room smelled terrible. Mattresses looked like they were dragged up from a junkyard and had cigarette burns and stains in the bedding. Also, part of the bedframe was apparently broken and-- im not even kidding-- it was taped up with duct tape. There was comet all over the back of the toilet and the shower was absolutely disgusting. The 90's model tv was caked in dust, and the refrigerator and mirrors had obviously not been cleaned. Thankfully there was tile in the room instead of carpet, I shudder to think of how nasty carpet might have been. Also, yes there are roaches. It was so bad that even though I couldn't get a refund (went and ate before actually going to my room

It has come a long way from what it used to be. Yet, it still has a long way to go. The outside appearance of the motel speaks for itself in VOLUMES! The decor is outdated. The linen and towels are stained and if you ask for new ones, you are going to get the response, "They are clean. They are just old." It's good if you are in need of a cheap room last minute. At least you won't have to sleep in your car.

It's not that clean, u can't walk outside and get fresh air u can't enter any room other than your no matter if it's family or friends. The office personal are rude and uncooperative in any circumstances. They are not accommodating or hospitable at all. The only reason it got 2 stars is because of the restaurant, store and Walmart convince.
