Courtyard by Marriott LaGrange

Marriott Courtyard is a decent hotel. It sits on the square in the town’s center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and tried hard to please. I stayed there to attend a conference. The room was fairly clean. Housekeeping forgot to clean the tub. The light fixture between the beds had layers of dust and had not seen attention in a while. The refrigerator did not get cool much less cold. I requested housekeeping clean the tub and dust the light fixture and both looked like new when cleaned. Forgot to tell them about the frig.||The big problem was the noise that came from outside the hotel. I realize this was out of their control (to an extent). Our room was nice. The lobby and bar area were fantastic. The issue was the hallway of fkoor we were on. Stains on the wall. One door had been busted in and not repaired so it was creepy to walk by. Carpet was dirty... The staff were amazing! We were there Christmas night and the next. They were super friendly and extremely helpful.

I believe her name was Kendal. She was the best part of our stay.Went above and beyond to check us in smoothly and was very knowledgeable of the system. Thank you and I hope you are recognized for your excellent service which is seldom. Now to why I gave three stars, the cleanliness of the hotel needs serious attention. The outside looks good and clean but the inside lacks the same care. Our shower had not been cleaned and had dried soap, hair and the walls particles from whenever the last person showered. It was disgusting and unacceptable. This means no attention is also given to the toilet and room cleaning. From the elevators to the hallways, you can tell no one pays attention to the cleanliness. There is trash can right before the elevators and it was an eye sore. Only hotel in LaGra

The service was amazing everyone at the front desk as so friendly and accommodating. The room was freshly cleaned. No complaints. I will get images the next time I stay there because I'm definitely coming back.

They have easy hotel parking at this hotel with no extra fees, yea! Loved the convenience of the Bistro and it was so good the food and Leonard was awesome. Nice happy gentleman. Simple food with good flavor. The hotel only 1 year old as of January 2019 and loved the cleanliness and excellent staff, Lexi was great and helpful; front desk area always friendly no matter who was on staff, I like that. The rooms were awesome; again very clean (I’m a clean freak). Very nicely decorated, decent WiFi, great large TV, bath size was very spacious, love the shower area too. Perfect accommodations for our needs and close to their quaint downtown. Also, enjoyed the outside gas fire Pitt area with plenty of table and chairs.
