Comfort Inn & Suites LaGrange East

Hotel was satisfactory. Check-in was the fastest check-in I've ever experienced the the desk clerk was very friendly. Room was clean, no problems. Breakfast had no eggs. I went back several times that morning and eggs were out, no forks, and then there was no coffee.

Staff was great. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. But upon arrival we were put into a room that wasn't clean: dirty sheets, towels thrown everywhere, clearly not cleaned. Our second room had clean sheets and towels. There was hair in the sink, dirt and hair in the bottom of the shower. There were crumbs in the kitchenette area where food was spilled and not cleaned. I am not sure about my son's bed but the sheets on my bed had stains on them, stains on the pillow. It was ok for one night and the location/staff were the best part.

I booked four hotel rooms for a work crew for the weekend and the pictures they sent me of the rooms were completely disgusting. Oily film on almost every surface, dirt and garbage on the floor, bugs everywhere, the shower tub and sink were disgusting and the drains were clogged. There was even underwear left in one of the drawers from some previous occupant! I'm not sure what happened, but these rooms did not get cleaned or maintained properly and I am very disappointed in the state of the rooms. We don't normally book Comfort Inn hotels but there was nothing else available in the area. However, I will not be booking this hotel again for my crew. Absolutely unacceptable.

The worst hotel experience you can imagine. The room hadn't been cleaned at all. Both beds were not made and towels were thrown everywhere, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, there were stains all over the carpet and mattress. The damn door didn't even shut! We literally walked in the room and walked right out. We glanced at the pool and it was completely drained. this hotel is a joke. The two men working the front desk resembled dirty mechanics rather than friendly hotel clerks. How they haven't been shut down yet is a minor miracle.

The front desk staff left much to be desired. Unresponsive to your concerns. The room was not as clean as it should have been. They need an overseer for the housekeepimg team to check their work. No instructions nor other paperwork to help you navigate the TV channels whick is important in a motel room. Linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. But this Comfort Inn was not up to the standards of most Comfort Inns. We would not stay here again. Sad!
