Top Mast Resort

Like another guest wrote about the parking permits. You pay for a room but have to park across the street in back up the hill because you let "guest" park in front of the rooms taking up paying room customers. They "visit" someone and leave their car parked there all week. You have to carry all your stuff in several trips across the street. And when you tell the staff the son makes it sound like it's your fault. I remember the good old days when their dad Al cared.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod and we really enjoyed our stay here. It's a good location. Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Nice, clean reasonably priced room with daily housekeeping. We found it interesting to have colored sheets and towels instead of your average "white ones". We enjoyed nicely decorated and welcoming pool/hot tub area also.

As far as a vacation goes, there is absolutely not a better place, with better people anywhere, than Top Mast Resort; which is why this was not our first visit--- and it definitely will not be our last.||The accommodations provide you with everything you could want. The scenery, between the sunrises and sunsets are so beautiful--- especially when you don't even have to walk more than 10 feet to see them, and the beach is so impeccably clean. Not to mention all aspects of the room, between the cleanliness and everything that is there to make you feel like home. The amenities throughout the grounds are so inviting. As it seems that many of the guests are repeat customers, the sentiments that come from your fellow travelers, all seem to be quite similar. And with Provincetown 10 minutes away

Have stayed several times over the course of 10 years in this wonderful family-owned hotel. It’s clear that owners take pride in this property, clean hotel rooms, pool house and gym, and a groomed beach. We’ve always stayed in a second floor ocean view room (most are ocean view rooms). Friendly, helpful staff just add to the whole experience. Very quiet property, but you are just a short drive or bus ride to Provincetown if you want to enjoy the shops or nightlife. You’re gonna fall I love with “Old Cape Cod” during your visit here !

My family has gone to the Top Mast for many years. We come here because the quality of the staff is always accommodating and friendly, the facilities and rooms are clean and well maintained, the location right on the beach is always amazing, and the short trip to Provincetown for the times you want a different vibe is convenient. The resort is almost always at full capacity, but it never feels crowded anywhere. There is always a friendly person at the front desk (especially Kerene), the maid service turn over rooms faster than any staff I have ever witnessed, and the maintenance staff are always working on keep the facility clean and user friendly.
