East Harbour Motel & Cottages

We stayed 3 nights in condo 12 !! The room was newly renovated and very clean! It was the perfect location! Private harbor view Beach! Pet friendly 🐶🐶 right outside Provincetown so you can enjoy everything commercial street has to offer but still enjoy the peace and quiet!! Shuttle runs right into Provincetown so no need to find parking! Highly recommend staying here for the perfect cape cod vacation!!

My wife and I, as well as our dogs stayed for the week. We are from Massachusetts and have done numerous day trips to P-town and decided to stay for the whole week this year. We did our research and found a pet friendly rental and checked it out before we booked. We found the cottage to be very comfortable for a family of four and very clean. It has a single AC , but with the provided fan, we were able to keep it cool on the hot, humid days and were able to use the windows on the drier days. The property/grounds are very well kept and the views to the beach are awesome. There is a nice common deck facing the beach with Adirondack chairs, rockers and gas grills. This one-bedroom rooms are roomy, clean, and very comfortable. It was newly renovated with a full kitchen, dining, and sitting area with a separate bedroom. Everything was beautiful and perfectly maintained. Easy access to rooms with parking right outside and doors open to fresh air. It is in an ideal location for taking advantage of all the Outer Cape offerings. Easy walk or drive to Provincetown shops and restaurants and right on a quiet beach. Lots of nearby trails and access to so much to see in the National Seashore reserve.

Still a wonderful place to spend a week in one of the cottages. We did miss the old owners and the personal contact. I wanted to address a few minor issues (broken lockbox, loose toilet seat, etc..) with someone but leaving a message doesn't cut it for us as we turn off all devices while on vacation. Excellent views of P-town from our cottage, which was very clean. The windows were clean too. Top marks. The much needed a/c worked fine. The TV was a bit small but was sufficient. The walk to the beach is very pleasant and walking on the flats at low tide is always fun. The tranquility is so nice except for barking dogs. Location was ok but being over 300 feet from the water's edge is a bit much .||The beach was not clean and piles of sea weed and trash littered and gave a foul smell. Had to go to race beach to enjoy the ocean and swim. ||There were no restaurants near by and no places to get groceries. Either you went into Provincetown or traveled south to Wellfleet.||One day of rain yielded a watery mess in our bedroom bc the door did not seal properly. The parking lot had water up to our car axle.||The A/C mounted on the wall outside of our bedroom sounded like a jet engine.||Despite the ad there was no BQ area and trash was located across the bust Shore Rd.||The kitchen did not have dishwasher soap, oven gloves nor enough toilet paper and paper towels. Only provided a few bath towels and no soap. No ho
