Kalmar Village

We had the most incredible wedding at Kalmar Village one month ago. When we were looking at venues, we really wanted a place that could potentially house most if not all of our guests. Kalmar Village was the perfect spot, all of our guests could stay there which was so special. I would look out my window and see all of our friends and family mingling with one another and we are still getting compliments today of the accommodations. The cottages are simple but give the perfect vintage cape cod vibe which is exactly what we were looking for. It really has all you need, the beach is right there with the most perfect sunsets. Also incredibly close to Ptown which has amazing restaurants and shops! Our guests loved exploring the area. My husband and I want to go back next year as an anniversary

We enjoyed our stay at Kalmar Village again this year. Kalmar Village has something for everyone. We are a family of grandparents, parents and kids, everyone has a great time there. The pool and pool area is always very clean, there are lounge chairs and table and chairs to enjoy your lunch at. The tables have umbrellas that provide shade for the tables. The private beach area is a short walk from the cottage area and is a great place for swimming, sand castle building, shell and hermit crab searching, great place for the kids. Each cottage comes with their own picnic table and grill. If you need anything the staff at Kalmar is the absolute best. Kalmar is also the perfect location if you want to go into PTown. The shuttle bus that goes into Provincetown is right outside and comes every

My daughter's wedding was at Kalmar Village. Beautiful property, well maintained and the views of the ocean are spectacular. The wedding was perfect, people traveled from around the US and the accommodations worked out very well for everyone. Commercial Street in Ptown was a 10 min ride if that. David and Nina were awesome to work with in making the arrangements for the perfect wedding. I look forward to visiting Kalmar Village again in the future. Thank you!!!

We love this place and have been coming for 35 years and would never stay anywhere else on the Cape. It has an enormous sandy yard and beach with beautiful views of P'town. It is quiet and set back from the road. There is a wide variety of types of rooms, some are classic cottages. The highlight of Kalmar are the six beautiful modern "two room cottages", each with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, full kitchen including stoven and oven, lots of hot water for showers and baths; A/C and electric heat, television, WiFi (spotty at times when the place is very busy), blinds and screens on the windows. Awesome place he stayed here a couple times in the past.. I return to visit offseason to see what was like it's just as I remember... Lots of beach space cozy little colleges and wonderful people around you
