Tilton Lodge Inn and Suites

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a reservation from 11/15–11/17. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. At check-in, we were given a dirty room—the sheets had clearly not been changed and had brown, blood-like stains on them. The floor was dirty, and the countertop was covered in coffee grounds and dust. We were offered another room, which looked cleaner at first, but when we opened the pull-out bed we found a massive black stain on the mattress. Because of this, five of us had to squeeze into two queen beds. Then, starting around 10 p.m., things got even worse. The fire alarm went off three separate times during the night. Each time we had to evacuate and wait for the fire department, who didn’t even enter the building—almost like this was a normal occurrence there. By

Would give this 0 starts if I could. We called the number they had listed online and it turns out it went to a third party AI ran number. When we showed up to check in we got an additional $75 in fees, and because it was snowing heavily there was no where else to go. Extremely rude front desk who was dismissive of the extra fees and told us we should have googled better to find the correct number

Absolutely horrible!!!! The refrigerator kept shutting off. The owner or employee backed into my car without saying a word. When asked who's car that was in the parking lot they just starred and so I don't know. When I told them why I asked they looked scared. No damage just their white paint on my black car and my paint on theirs. The point is they should've said something and not try to hide it. The evidence was there. When checking out to get a receipt. Took 15 mins for someone to come to the desk . The older man just yelled from the hallway leave the key. Told him we needed a receipt. He said no print outs then a younger woman came from the back room right by the desk so why did we wait 15 mins??? (Must of been because they hit my car and didn't want to interact with a paying customer

Gross. Stains on pillow sheets and blankets and hair. Mattress absolutely came out of an alleyway. Bring your own pillows. Hallway smells like urine. You can hear every single thing that goes on outside of your room. The outside of the building looks terrifying, when you pull in you’re not even sure if they are in business, Their BBB expired 2019. Spend the extra $50 and stay literally anywhere else.

The front desk clerk was kind and quick. There was AC. The bed was clean. The shower was hot. They had cable....... The hallway had a stench to it. Reminded us of the shining and Bates motel all in one. It would have been nice to have shampoo and lotion NOT half used upon arrival. Our chair in the room was black on the arms due to dirt build-up. Needed updating. Tub color was tan, and in our other room, it was blue. Will not be staying again.
