About Phillips House & Cottages
We have 2 summer rental properties on Lake Winnisquam NH. We offer a 3 bedroom cottage and a 4 bedroom house. There are nine acres of land that surround the property, with a private sandy beach. Limited boat dock availability.

Beautiful beach on one of the most quiet parts of the lake, with wonderfully welcoming neighbors. I would happily recommend coming here to anyone, but it's especially great for families!
We come here every year for the past 5 or so years. We love everything about these cottages. Our kids have learned to swim on the perfect private beach where we hang out all day and enjoy the sun and family. Very relaxing.
One of my favorite places
have been going for 45 or so years , love it children had a blast , clean quiet beautiful would go again and again :)
Really great cabins, fun with the family. Great beach and fun neighbors.
