Tillman Resort

Very nice, unique spot. Well built park. Fair pricing. Only problem is the "Riverside" location is not a river at all most of the time, its normally dry, as it was during our stay. The proprietors cannot do anything about this, but needless to say, it was a disappointment. Everything else was great, proximity to hill country wineries, deutch apple bakery, downtown market in blanco. all good.

We stayed in the luxury house. Everything about our stay was amazing. The Pickleball courts, the views, the accommodations were all better than expected! The hosts were extremely responsive to any requests or concerns we had. The house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds, great showers and a huge kitchen. The kitchen could use a few more items needed for cooking but we made do. With 6 people (3 couples) we had plenty of room!

Very quiet. Great back porch facing the river. Smooth check-in, check-out process. Minor issues: handle falls off the refrigerator. Somewhat heavy traffic on the road (but nothing like in town). Overall, a good experience.

Well, I wrote a long review, going into a lot of detail about this place, but when I hit “post”, somehow it didn’t happen! So this one is going to be short and sweet! The cabin we stayed was very clean, with a very pleasant smell and very spacious, right down to the shower stall. The bed and bedding were soft and wonderful and we slept really well while we were there. The cafe had a good variety of food on the menu and everything we had was delicious. Workers were all friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quiet serenity, good food and good company!

We stayed at the big house celebrating a friend 40th birthday party. We had a great day at the town square, just a few miles from the resort. There had been some rainfall so we were able to all go down to the creek and sit in the water and hang out. There are INCREDIBLY cute tiny toads that leap quick and far. Really cute.
