Deer Haven Ranch Cottage

A wonderful place to stay, such a cool little piece of history. The drive in is beautiful. Will definitely return. The sunset off the main road was spectacular. Got to see a big group of turkeys.

What a fabulous cottage to stay in. It's very quiet and serene. Melinda was an awesome host.. we met both her and Steve.. truly great people. The cottage was very clean and we loved it ! Great communication and we felt very welcomed. Yes, I would definitely stay here again. When you visit Blanco this is the place to get!! Thank you Steve and Melinda for sharing the beauty of your place with us.

This is by far the best Airbnb rental I have ever had the pleasure to stay at! Stepping into Deer Haven Ranch Cottage is like time traveling back in time 150 years but with modern luxuries of AC, WiFi, refrigeration, etc. The host Steve and Melinda were awesome! They were super friendly and made us feel at home on their beautiful expansive private ranch. We loved it so much we had to stay another night and we hope to stay here again on our return to Blanco.

The Deer Haven is a comfortable, unique stay. If you’re looking for a private, quiet and serene stay, you can’t go wrong with this place. The host is accommodating responsive. I had a pleasant stay!
