Tiki Resort

My hudson and I stayed here for our anniversary. In October its the off season. We loved the grounds, would be nice to try to get in here in the summer time but its always booked (maybe someday) the var was nice, cute waterfall in the building, very nice desk ladies, bar tender was nice, we liked the outside fireplace, nice indoor pool it was a little cold though, restocking towels was limited but other guests were taking them and bring them to their rooms. Our room was nice it was updated but needs some minor work. Beautiful wood flooring, 2 tvs, we had a stove, sink, fridge and microwave, all worked fine. Some of the outlets didnt work. This is a very difficult review to rate. We loved the facilities, the outdoor pool was great, loved the little bar and outdoor fire pit. Loved the décor and they keep the theme everywhere which is fun. Very close proximity to walk to the village. Everything was clean and upkept. 5 starts there!||But the room ....... we had a room in the main building which haven't been updated since the 60's. The carpet smelled horribly of mildew and we had to sleep with the window open. We arrived at the hotel late so we didn't have time to change rooms or hotels and we were there for only one night. But the smell of mildew was so strong that even after we left, I had to go buy a change of clothes because everything we brought into the room smelled. ||Upon leaving, we asked if there were any update

Positive: location, comfortable beds, clranliness. decor, outdoor pool, daily maid service, friendly front desk. Negative: poor and frequently absent wi-fi, no ice machine on upper floor, no freezer compartment in mini fridge, incorrect info on TV channels.

Let’s begin with the negative sides of that room where we stayed. Some of the plug points were not working there is a coffee maker in the room but due to not having an electric outlet that works so no use. Now let’s talk about the good side. The property is located very close to Lake George. A nice stole during the evening can make your stay even perfect. The room was clean and specious. The bed was spotless. The bathroom is newly renovated where plenty of hot water. Over all the stay was amazing.

End of season in Lk George..The room we had was very nice. Needed some TLC. There was a gap in the wall where the a/c-heat unit was. The coffee maker in the room didn't function well. Fridge worked well as did the microwave . Bathroom needed another hook or a towel bar. Water pressure was great and hot water was HOT. Dining options were scarce and needed to drive to everything. Personell were extremely nice and accommodating
