Thousand Trails Hershey

The cabins are extremely clean, very||well equipped! They have all the necessities, and I was extremely surprised to have clean bedding!||I really enjoyed my stay at Hershey. The atmosphere was awesome being in the woods and seeing the wildlife early in the morning. The location of this particular unit was perfect. Very happy!

We love it here. Never had a bad site, some sites are smaller. Some are bigger. Pool is great, pretty cold. Lake view is nice!! Only A bathroom/shower hasn't been updated. The laundry is small but mighty in group H.

Pro: great location to area attractions and stores. Pond is lovely, hot tub was great as was fact they have a take n leave library book exchange in main building. We stayed in loop A which we liked during to more privacy between sites and less traffic. We liked fact of guard house with security too. Laundry room was clean, decent pricing too. Bath houses were clean in our loop.||Cons: our assigned site was too short for our set up. It took us 2 hours to finally reach someone who could help us directly and this was mid day during weekday. Several Phone messages had not been returned, rangers unable to make moves, memebrship person unable to also located staff to assist. Eventually, We appreciated the go ahead to move 1 site over to longer site. ||- used showers in main building next to hot

Campground was very well manicured. We needed to stay an extra 2 days and manager worked with us! Bill at check in was very helpful and courteous! Bathrooms were spotless! Will definitely go back. We stayed in 42 ft fifth wheel

We were very disappointed with our recent stay at Thousand Trails Hershey. Upon arrival, our campsite was littered with trash, including a firepit full of garbage left behind by the previous campers.||||When I brought this to the attention of the Ranger, I was told that they “don’t clean the campsites anymore because people have changed.” In my opinion, this is an unacceptable policy. Instead of holding rule-breakers accountable, they pass the responsibility onto the next paying guest.||||As a customer, I shouldn’t be penalized because others left their site a mess. It’s the campground’s responsibility to enforce its own rules and maintain a basic standard of cleanliness between reservations.||||Unfortunately, rather than addressing the problem, management seems more interested in avoiding
