Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon Near Expo Center

Update: The service is great, everything is clean and they serve good breakfast. They were very accommodating to extending my check out time. And the lady who helped check me in was very nice and provided great customer service. Just called recently at 8pm on 02/22/2026, someone picked up the phone and ended the call. I'm trying to see if anyone found a phone in the room I was staying at. I don't want to have to make a 2hr drive up there if I don't have to. That's all I want to know. Will change review if someone can just answer my question.

The management is rigid and greedy when it comes to changing or cancelling a reservation. I had to pay for four nights when I only actually stayed one night due to the medical emergency of my daughter's cancer surgery I complained to Marriott Bonvoy customer service, explaining the emergency. The agent on the phone was most accommodating but i never heard back from Bonvoy or the local hotel. Online customer help is poor and by phone you get a run around. Marriott policies are not user friendly.

There were several parts of the hotel that were broken to the point of surprise. For example, the elevator floor monitor was completely shattered, the bathroom lights didn’t turn off, the room doors would latch would come out before the door was closed, and the shower tub spout didn’t work properly. I know it’s a Fairfield but it’s also a Marriott, so expected better. Otherwise the service and morning breakfast are pretty good.

I cannot say enough about this hotel and it's staff. I was in a situation where I was stuck at a poor quality hotel, looking to get into somewhere better and the staff at the Fairfield Inn Lebanon worked with me to get me out of where I was and into their hotel. The three nights that I stayed there were wonderful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, there is a nice and safe pet walking area, and there are a variety of options for eateries. If I ever stay in the area again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

This place is awesome, very clean and lots of amenities and extras included in your stay. The bed was a beautiful queen sized bed and the TV was a nice sized too. The breakfast was incredible lots of food that was fresh and it was delicious. I highly recommend stay here. The price is definitely worth it. The breakfast alone would have been 40$ somewhere local.
