Relax Inn Lebanon

I give Relax Inn Lebanon 5 stars. The rooms are clean, no bed bugs, or roaches. It quiet and peaceful. The manager and his wife are VERY professional and kind and were always available when I needed something. I have also stayed at the Inn at Lebanon, and the Relax Inn is a better option.

The room itself was fine and I liked the layout and while the staff could have at least attempted to address the broken air conditioning I told them about promptly, they gave me a full refund after a bit of back and forth. The main manager guy was stressed but I know he isn't a bad person and I hope his business is successful in the future.

Has a disabled veteran staying there whose been hospitalized for a couple of weeks (whose always paid on time) and the owner Roy has thrown all of his belongings out in the dumpster said he doesn’t care that it’s the only thing the man owns and has to his name. disrespectful to our country. Horrible service. Bed bugs. Mice. Rooms with no hot water, heat and air. Dirty carpets. Their other motels are no better.

Although not as fancy or elaborate as other places, it does the job, and has a friendly and helpful manager. This is a place to stay if you need an extended stay motel. Refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Other than noise from traffic and trains, it is quiet and relaxing. What the room lacks compared to other places, it makes up for in convenient location to other businesses such as Walmart and Dairy Queen, room size, comfort, quietness, helpful staff and price.

Stayed one night at the last minute, was affordable and comfy, but very modest and plain. Nothing really to brag about, but given my situation at the time, there was nothing to complain about either. Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy.
