Customer Reviews
Stayed here for 2 nights starting on Christmas Day. We usually like staying closer to NoMad/further south in Manhattan, but decided to stay here due to our short stay that aligned with our plans. We stayed as Globalist for context. ||Pros:|-Great location if you plan to explore central park or see a show, which is what we did in our short stay. |-Spacious rooms by NYC standards. Comfortable bed and comfortable room. |-The single most important thing to me in a hotel room is the quality of sleep and we got a decent nights sleep. ||Improvements:|-It might have just been the time of year, but boy did the staff seem burnt out. Check in was extremely tepid and barely acknowledged globalist and skimped on details of the hotel amenities in general. No upgrade, gave us our room key and sent us on
Fabulous location. Great burgers. Hotel bar is homey, yet feeling glam? Felt like I was in a small town bar while in the biggest city of the world. Bartender gifted me a special glass of wine. Relaxed and homey space. I collaged in the lobby. Thank you for making me feel at home!
We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. I loved the bedding and appreciated the duvet cover instead of the filthy bed system most hotels use. Room had a neutral smell; no bad smell, and no chemical smell covering odors up. Just clean. Lounge had good options for breakfast, and we stumbled on some really good cookies mid day. One of the few trips I was sad to leave, so kudos to this hotel. Excellent location as well
Our first time here but hopefully not our last’ what a wonderful stay in a suite on the 33 floor. Breakfast was very good and our server Serge did a wonderful jog. Vanessa and Justin at the front desk were professional and so welcoming. Liked the room a lot. It was spacious just sadly the suites don’t look uptown and the best views of uptown is actually from the hallway. Nice club with solid breakfast but happy hour with want that good a spread and they charge for liquor with an honor bar. Overall this stay was amazing and if you are a globalist and use points for a free night they will add valet parking with that point stay which is very rare in Manhattan. Located very close to carnigne hall Central Park and shopping. There is a Morton Williams on the same street open 24 hrs. I can’t say
Very good location with 2 very nice restaurant beside , hotel is very clean n not area not noisy , walk 8 mins to Times Square , as I have late flight , hotel is great to accommodate me till 130pm for late check out . Best hotel imo..
