The Westin Verasa Napa

Great stay at the Westin in Napa. While the rooms are looking a bit dated they have great amenities (in some) such as refrigerators, microwaves, and even a stovetop in some. A house car is available to drop you downtown though you can easily walk to most places in 10 to 15 minutes. The pool is heated, we even got a sunny 72 degree pool “day” in during our February stay. I’d describe it as better than most Westins I’ve stayed at although it’s missing things like room service (but you’re in one of the food capitals of the US, so 🤷) and a spa. Will stay again!

While located a short distance from downtown historic Napa, a pleasant 10 minute walk is all it takes to get "to the action". Alternatively the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle but we chose to walk. Valet parking was included in my price, apparently, or there is street parking available too. The hotel is spacious and clean. We checked in early and were offered an available first floor room (usually take a higher level). We were allowed to view it first to confirm it fulfilled our need. The room was clean, well equipped, generally quiet, and with a comfortable bed. The bathroom included a separate shower and tub, and toilet, with ample towels and toiletries. Wi-Fi was available and worked satisfactorily. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby are available in the morning until 11am

We had a lovely stay at the Westin Napa. The hotel is super conveniently located right across the street from the wine train and blocks from the market and first street. Our one bedroom was very clean, quiet and comfy. There is a lovely pool and hot tub and fire pit and the restaurant was surprisingly good for dinner and breakfast

Built in 2008, and renovated around 2015, this property is modern, warm, and welcoming. A small gym, a warm salt water pool, and a fun bocce court (not to mention outdoor lounge areas overlooking the pool and river) this hotel almost feels like a resort. Upon check-in no mention of my platinum status, but they did accommodate an early arrival of noon. Valet service was quick and easy, as was check-in. The larger king room was huge and was outfitted with a small kitchenette, perfect for brewing tea, and prepping a cheese board to enjoy with some wine. The sofa and the bathroom are showing their age, but the bed is the most comfortable cloud. The sofa is not a sofa bed so we requested a roll away for our 5 year old - it was promptly delivered and was very comfortable - I almost slept on it!
