Customer Reviews
As a Marriott elite member, we've stayed at many Westin's and similar Marriott properties. We have stayed at this location one weekend each year for the past 5 years. This is by far our favorite location. The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The front desk is joyful and welcoming, making it very easy to communicate. The rooms are a good size and very clean. We absolutely love the lounge. It's never crowded and has plenty of space and food/snacks. The lounge attendants were so kind as well. The convenience of the market, coffee shop, and restaurant on location is unmatched as well. We highly recommend this location and are looking forward to next year!
Positive: I was blown away at the customer service. I've stayed at many Westins across the country and this location by far had the nicest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered at a Westin. Negative: The rooms were a little plain and boring, but not a big deal.
We had a fantastic experience at the Ten Hands Market. We had a group of hungry cheerleaders and Kenya made some of the best pizzas we’ve ever had! The pizzas are made from scratch in a fired pizza oven! The kids loved them!!! The Westin is blessed to have such a kind, friendly, talented employee like Kenya - thank you!!!!
I really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Indianapolis. The room was great—super comfy beds, a couch, and a fridge, which made it feel spacious and relaxing. There wasn’t a microwave in the room, but there was one conveniently located down the hall. I appreciated the pre-bagged ice, which was a nice touch. The shower was amazing—very nice, and the handheld feature made it even better. Super convenient to the convention center and connecting hotels. Would definitely stay here again
The hotel itself is exceptionally nice. The rooms are a good size and laid out well. The lobby and common areas are modern & spacious. The two managers I spoke with were fantastic - a man in the evening and a woman in the morning (forgot their names). They are however hamstrung by cheap owners who reduced staffing to save a few bucks since the hotel wasn't very full close to the Holidays. The "market" closed at 1pm (huh?) and the Bar / Cafe at 9. Except for a few young people from Bali who were working in the Hotel as part of a internship (they were great!) the rest of the staff was entitled and more interested in being "right" then helpful. Maybe the experience is better when the economics makses sense for the location to actually have an appropriate level of staff?
