The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times per year for about 20 years. We know it well. The hotel has been upgrading everything in recent years and is at its very best! |Our favorite reason for staying there is actually the staff in the restaurant. We’ve come to know them - especially Merdie - and look forward to being with her and everyone there. They take wonderful care of every patron. It feels like visiting friends. The food is wonderful and the service is inviting and great. |We obviously highly recommend the Weston and Saviour

The hotel staff were amazing. Nice & clean rooms. Nice location as well. But I would most definitely would like to shout out the manager Micheal Fields. He was polite, welcoming, and very professional. Also the breakfast team was AMAZING. If you are in the area make sure to book here, Elsa with the kitchen staff was also very welcoming and had great conversation.

First of all, i feel terrible writing this awful review because of how nice and attentive some of the staff were. Very polite and very helpful with things they could control themselves. HOWEVER At busy times it will take longer than half an hour to get down as they only maintain ONE working personal elevator. They offer the freight elevator as an option but this is still in use by staff so it barely offers any relief at all. I was there for a week and never experienced elevator repair. I rode the elevator with another guest who said it has been this way for over a year. Once down from your room you may now be late for breakfast, but if you did manage to make the descent on time be prepared for the last of your time to be absorbed by a dining hall being run by one wait staff. Positive: Location, service, layout design of lobby, grounds-beautiful evening walk around the pond. Paris in restaurant was extremely personable. Negative: The toilet seat was peeling, scratches your buttocks. Cheap fix-Home Depot. Can't believe no one has fixed. Someone's hair in bathroom-definitely not mine.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. From the front desk to valet to the restaurant and bar team, everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. Being greeted each day with such warmth truly made a difference during a very difficult time for me. The hotel itself is beautiful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and a peaceful place to rest. The location was also incredibly convenient, just about half a mile from the hospital which helped me feel close to my grandmother when it mattered most. One thing to note that I know others have already said: during my last couple of days, only 1 of the 4 elevators was operating, and with how busy the hotel gets during the week, wait times to go up and down were quite long.
