The Westin Atlanta Airport

The room was nice only a couple of small flaws which is why it wasn’t 5 stars. When I checked in they upgraded my room usually this would be awesome and super exciting. However this time I was thrown off we requested two queen beds because we have four people traveling but the upgrade gave us one king beds. Once again super grateful and the upgrade was really nice. The room was huge with two TVs and a sectional sofa in it. There was plenty of desk, alternate seating, mini fridge and coffee maker. The location is close to the airport. There is not much in the ways of traditional restaurants in the area but there are some great smaller places near that sell good food. Absolutely outstanding service! We arrived at the restaurant for dinner after checking in (smoothe & seamless check in also). The restaurant was packed & short staffed, but their attentiveness & communication was above & beyond! They sat us & our waiter Stefiyan made us feel cared about & important even though he was clearly very busy! The manager, Thomas was absolutely spectacular as well! He took time to make sure everything was wonderful 👍👍 two thumbs up for these two, this Hotel, restaurant & staff! We have found our new go to stay in Atlanta!!! And the New York cheesecake is a MUST TRY!! We weren't going to get desert, however we ended up with it... OMG 😋mmmm Thank you indeed!! What a great experience 💖

Positive: The gym was amazing, Negative: needs to make improvements on the quickness of the check in staff- make cleanliness TOP PRIORITY in common area .also any toss pilliows as decoration in rooms and lobby need to be changed out daily -my rooms couch pillows had a couple of bug

When I first arrived I checked in and went to my room. It was a king suite very nice room. I noticed something crawling on the curtains on the windows. Got closer and it was dead lady bugs all across the floor and some crawling in the window as well as flying around the room. Notified the front desk of the situation and he rectified the situation and gave me another room. Although it wasn’t a suite it was still a very nice room. It was my birthday so they left me a card and a cupcake in my room which was very nice and unexpected. Temperature in the hotel was warm. That night I took a shower and noticed red lipstick smeared on the walls. Not sure when construction was done at the facility but you could still see the pencil marks of the tile size on the wall in the shower. Which let me know

Property is a mixed bag. Upon arrival the vast entrance and atrium lobby are impressive, employee at check in and check out was friendly and helpful. Room was just okay. I inspected the mattress and sheets, fortunately both were clean with no hairs and mattress slept great. Bathroom appeared clean and towels were great. Where the room fell short is there was a lot of small stains on the carpet, curtains and chair which I realize are difficult to clean without stripping the room. In addition, a drinking glass provided in room had an obvious residue yet was turned upside down with others at the ice bucket (was never cleaned) this grossed me out. As I left the next morning, I observed the atrium lobby with glass ceiling had more leaks than a pasta strainer. I arrived late and never went to th
