THE WESTCOTT Boutique Hotel

We had a great experience. When we arrived (just in time for ‘happy hour’) we were offered a drink and there were some snacks that I found to be delightful. The room was clean, the pool was lovely. There were minimal staff but the gentleman who checked us in took great care of us (I believe his name was Ted). Breakfast was ‘self serve’ but Ted got us coffee and brought out warm pastries, and gave us some ideas of things to do while we were in town. |If I ever find myself back in Palm Springs I would 100% come back here. |Like some of the other reviews noted the hotel was built in the 1930s and has some quirks as others described, but it was a far better experience than the big brand hotels we stayed at which kind of seem pretty much the same wherever it is. A little piece of IBIZA in Palm Springs! Chilled vibes, amazing service, deep relaxation, super comfy beds, great selection of breakfast foods/teas + coffees...just what I needed. This is a treasure in Palm Springs, independently owned, GREAT style, it's fun + the perfect location to explore the area. Matt the owner and his staff are brilliant + they completely took care of me. I LOVED the attention to detail in sourcing ethical produce even down to the English toiletries in the bathrooms which were fabulous!

Palm Springs hidden gem!! My husband and I have been coming here for the pat 4 years and our experience only gets better. Matt is a very generous kind , attentive host. My friend and I went for a girls weekend this was our second stay and we absolutely love this hotel. It is so relaxing and you feel so pampered by the staff. The owner Mathew is the sweetest man and so attentive. The rooms are cozy, beds so comfortable and the pool is steps from your door. We will definitely be back we didn't want to leave feels like home only better!

We had an excellent 2 night stay. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs with an included cocktail hour at 5:30. No shortcuts here, breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, poached eggs, pastries, tea, and coffee. Complimentary snacks are on offer all day and canned cocktails are available for sale. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and I believe all open directly to the pool area. It's adults only so no annoying kids to ruin the ambiance. Mathew takes great pride in his operation and it's reflected throughout the facility. We look forward to returning!
